About Me.

I became a certified Personal Trainer in 2011.

I started my business journey working through a local gym in Kippax where I also began Change Fitness.

Building up my experience and knowledge, I took CF to the ‘more private’ level and opened a home studio where my clients can train privately and have no worries about outsiders.

Outside of PT, I work in the Government. I play rugby league for West Belconnen Warriors and I like to run. My 2024 goal is to run a minimum of 6KM a day, every day, each day, daily! haha

My Goal For Me.

Every trainer has a goal. Some have goals to keep fit and maintain that physique to uphold a high deception of their business. Some have their own specific goal to squat this or bench that.

I have two types of goals. Although this may seem arrogant of me to say, I have always stood by the training method "don't make your clients do something that you cannot do yourself." So this makes one of my goals to make sure I can give the best shot at everything to allow my clients to have a go at anything!
