As part of our 8 Week Challenges we have food diaries, therefore you will be logging what you eat. For this to be successful, we as your trainers need to be able to track your diary from our end. Firstly you would need to become ‘friends’ with us on MFP and then allow us access to your diary.

Follow the steps below to give us access:


THIS STEP IS TO SEND US A FRIEND CONNECTION:

STEP 1: Go to the home screen on your My Fitness Pal.

STEP 4: Now you’re in your friends list. Select the ‘+’ at the top right.

STEP 2: Select the ‘more’ button at the bottom right. Your settings will pop up.

STEP 5: Now select ‘Email or MyFitnessPal Username’.

STEP 3: Now in your settings, scroll down to the bottom. Select ‘friends’.

STEP 6: Enter in the To: jonas_cormick. Type your name below then select the ‘+’ sign.


THIS STEP IS TO ALLOW US ACCESS TO YOUR FOOD DIARY:

STEP 4: Now in your settings, select ‘sharing and privacy’.

STEP 5: Then select ‘Diary Sharing’.

STEP 3: Now in your settings, scroll down to the bottom. Select ‘settings’.

STEP 6: Enter in the To: jonas_cormick. Type your name below then select the ‘+’ sign.

STEP 6: Now select the option ‘Locked with a key’ and typing the password: lifeiswhatyoumakeit

ALL DONE!
